CKE Online Symposium 2026: Young Carer Inclusion in Practice

As part of the CKE Online Symposium 2026, this panel discussion explores how research, policy and practice can work together to better recognise and support young carers. Facilitated by Lukas Hofstätter (Carers NSW), the session features Sarah Abi-Khattar (Carers NSW), Lily Brown and Madeleine Buchner (Little Dreamers), who share lived experience, research and practice perspectives on the challenges faced by young carers and opportunities to improve identification, inclusion and support across education, health and community settings.
