Long Summary

This study aimed to investigate mental health outcomes of young carers, including depression, anxiety, and other mental or emotional concerns. The study results indicate that poorer mental health outcomes are experienced by young carers, than their non-carer peers. The authors of the publication acknowledge that further research should be conducted to address the methodological limitations of current research.
