Long Summary

This article examines ways in which Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) can improve levels of distress in parents who care for a child with an intellectual disability. Following the journey of five participants, the study indicates that MiCBT is effective in reducing stress and encourages further research in this area.
