Long Summary

This research project was a qualitative research collaboration between the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) and the South Eastern Research Collaboration Hub (SEaRCH) to establish the information needs of carers in NSW. Many people come into a caring role suddenly and need access to information about how to access services and support quickly and effectively. This research consisted of semi-structured qualitative interviews with people new to the caring role to determine what information people in this situation need and how technology can assist this learning process.
