This study focuses on the experiences of carers who care for someone with end stage kidney disease. The study discusses the difficulties and burdens associated with caring for someone receiving dialysis including high levels of depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, and lower quality of life. The article also highlights some of the positive experiences and outcomes carers reported as a result of their caring role.
