The Research Incubator 2025: Connecting research to practice to improve outcomes for carers, held from 26 - 28 May 2025, brought together 100 researchers, policymakers, carers, and practitioners. Across three days, sessions highlighted evidence, practice, and collaboration, including the milestone introduction of the Early Career Researcher Forum. Key themes included co-design and recognition of carers as experts in their experiences, the importance of inclusivity and accessibility for diverse carer groups, and the role of robust data and evidence in shaping responsive and accountable policy and practice.
