This thematic analysis explores the value of evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes for carers of people with depression and anxiety. The article identifies a range of challenges faced by these types of carers which forms a foundation for identifying policy and service improvements. The findings support previous conclusions and therefore strengthen the evidence-base used to provide support.
